1. Student Appeal Form

Purpose

This form is used by a student to appeal a decision made by Kingston International College.

Student appeal application process

1. Download and complete the appeal form as accurately as possible.
2. Attach any supporting document / evidence which will endorse this appeal application.
3. Email your appeal form and supporting document to [email protected] and ensure you request for a meeting with the Academic Manager to discuss your appeal.

2. Student Leave of Absence Form

Purpose

This form is used by a student of Kingston International College who wishes to apply for a leave from their study for a maximum period of 1 month with proven compassionate reason/s and/or compelling circumstance/s.

Student Leave of Absence Request Process

1. Download and complete the leave of absence form as accurately as possible.
2. Attach any supporting document / evidence which will endorse the request for a leave of absence such as a medical note from an Australian general practitioner.
3. Email your leave of absence form and supporting document to [email protected] or in person to student services.
(Ensure you write your full name, student ID and course intake in your email)
Please allow up to 10 working days for the request to be processed. Kingston International College will email you the outcome of the application.


3. Student Payment Extension Form

Purpose

This form is used by a student of Kingston International College who wises to apply for an extension of their due payment.

Student Payment Extension Request Process

1. Download and complete the payment extension form as accurately as possible.
Include your proposed extension date/s for your payments.
2. Email your payment extension form to [email protected] or in person to student services.
(Ensure you write your full name, student ID and course intake in your email)
Please allow up to 10 working days for the request to be processed. Kingston International College will email you the outcome of the application.


4. Student Course Variation Form

Purpose

This form is used by a student of Kingston International College who wises to defer, suspend or cancel / withdraw from their course.

1. Download and complete the payment extension form as accurately as possible.
Include your proposed extension date/s for your payments.
2. Email your payment extension form to [email protected] or in person to student services.
(Ensure you write your full name, student ID and course intake in your email)

5. Student Complaints Form

Purpose

This form is used by a student of Kingston International College who wishes to make a formal complaint about an issue.

Student Complaints Process

1. Download and complete the complaints form as accurately as possible.
2. Attach any supporting document / evidence if any directly relevant to the complaint.
(Please note that you may choose to remain anonymous for the entire process).
