Course Description: 

This course is designed for individuals seeking to improve their management skills focused on Early Childhood Education and Care. This course is 100% focused on Early Childhood Leadership and Management so what you learn can be directly implemented in your service. This course is for educators who have gain lots of experience in the childcare industry, team leaders, 2IC and Center Managers or anyone who wants to work towards the direction of Management level in the Early Childhood setting. Our course is customised to suit the daily issues that is face by the management in the Children Services.

This course will be delivered in collaboration with The Inner World of Teaching (RTO Number 52785).
